we know that occasionally you may wish to return items to us and our returns
policy allows you to do this within 14 days as explained below -
Our returns guarantee means that if for
any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in
it's original condition, within 14 days of delivery to you and we will
issue you a refund for the price that you paid for the item. We are
unable to provide a refund if the item is not in a saleable condition.
Defective Items - Items that are faulty,
defective or are received damaged should be returned within 14 days of
delivery to you and a replacement will be offered. If this is not
practical or acceptable then you will be given a refund in accordance with
your rights as a consumer. Please let us know as soon as possible
should you receive a damaged item so that we can take this up with the
carriers.
Delivery Charges - If you are returning
an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, defective
or was received damaged we will refund your costs in returning it to us.
Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the original delivery
charge incurred.
