ONLINE ORDERS

You can place your order and pay ONLINE at our site. We use a secure server and best practices to ensure that your personal and Credit or Debit Card details are secure.
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo for online orders, but unfortunately are not able to accept Visa Electron orders online.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA STANDARD EMAIL as we cannot guarantee their safety.

MAIL ORDERS

Mail Orders can be paid for by either enclosing a cheque with the order form or filling out the Credit Card Details section on the form (please remember that we cannot accept Visa Electron cards). PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE POST!

There are several payment methods available for use on our online ordering facility.

Credit / Debit Card Pay On-Line - we manually check and process all payments and your card will not be charged until we despatch your order

Cheque Sent Separately (made payable to Collectors Supplies) - please enclose a printout of your receipt or a copy of the confirmation email

Direct Bank Transfer (Payment Info will be emailed to you)

There are several ways you can find a book on the site.

You may browse the book categories or search the site using our powerful search engine.

You may also look at our Latest Titles page to view books that are recently available.

DELIVERIES

We are proud of our fast and efficient service !!
We aim to despatch all orders promptly within 24 hours of receiving them.
Generally -

Orders under 1.25 kg are sent with Royal Mail First Class Post.

Orders between 1.25 kg and 2.00 kg are sent with Royal Mail Parcelforce Standard Service.
Also all orders over 2.00 kg to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are sent with this carrier.

Orders over 2.00 kg are sent with our carriers APC Overnight on a Next Working Day Signed-For Delivery Service.

There is a £2.50 delivery charge on UK orders under £25.00. Orders over £25.00 are delivered free.
If for any reason you have not received your order within 5 days of our e-mail confirmation, please let us know immediately and we will investigate.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee your satisfaction and hope you will always be happy with your purchases from us. However we know that occasionally you may wish to return items to us and our returns policy allows you to do this within 14 days as explained below -
Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in it's original condition, within 14 days of delivery to you and we will issue you a refund for the price that you paid for the item. We are unable to provide a refund if the item is not in a saleable condition.
Defective Items - Items that are faulty, defective or are received damaged should be returned within 14 days of delivery to you and a replacement will be offered. If this is not practical or acceptable then you will be given a refund in accordance with your rights as a consumer. Please let us know as soon as possible should you receive a damaged item so that we can take this up with the carriers.
Delivery Charges - If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, defective or was received damaged we will refund your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the original delivery charge incurred.
Before returning an item please email us at -

All books are zero-rated for VAT.
On other lines which are subject to VAT (@ 17.5%), VAT is included in the price shown.
